Wheels

Need some grippy wheels that can be attached to drill motors, a diametre to give about 20MPH with 550RPM drill motors (I havnt doe the maths yet).

those wheels will be 30 cm in diameter. Heavy if you ask me, if you buy comercialy available ones.

For a reasonable featherweight drive run off drill motors the usual wheel size is between 75mm and 100mm.
We manufacture the blue wheels most people use with drill motors in the 75mm and 100mm sizes with nut inserts to screw directly onto the shaft of the drill motor.
