Just a few general questions on antweights. Mainly just so I can decide if I use the stuff Ive got or buy some new ones.
1) Do antweights still need to failsafe on all channels?
2) Do antweights still need a power light?
3) Do antweights still need a removable link?

3) Yes or a switch is ok

The only reference in the rules I can see is to the weapon shutting down on loss of tx (Rule o).
I ask this because I have a dx6i kicking around which I have now replaced. I was looking at the Spektrum AR6100E nano receiver which I dont think fails safe on all channels.

No but it does failsafe on throttle, which is ok if you put you weapon on that channel.
