Walking Mechanism

Hi guys, dunno if this is the right place to ut this but I figured Id try.

Im trying to build a walking robot out of Knex that can do a 6ft straight line in less than 15s, but I cannot seem to find a mech that works.

I am open to any design ideas or suggestion

Contact Tony Fowler, team PLF, he built Arac (think thats spelt right!) which has a very good walking mechanism.

Indeed it does, I loved that robot.

i think that robot was for sale recently, a fw walker?

Indeed. But not for combat, just for the cool looks, in which it succeeded very well.
