FRA Membership, bit confused

Do we have to get registered with the FRA for every robot we make/ buy. Does that mean that we get another pice of card with a number on it for each new robot.
On another unrelated topic, does anyone have anythink helpful for a first pneumatic flipper on a featherweight. :)
