Robot Wars nostalgia

There is a Youtube user that is currently posting loads of footage from Robot Wars old and new (well not so much new as more recent, to be exact).

I watch these videos from the past and look at all the many bots and all the interesting designs but I cannot help but think where the hell are all these heavyweights hiding and whats happened to them. Id love to see more of them come out of the woodwork.

A lot will be sitting in sheds and garages gathering dust waiting in case robot wars was to return to tv

..... as are many roboteers it seems.
