Help needed re: PRO120s + Reliance motors
hi, i bought this speed controller second hand,its fine unless you ask for more than about 20% throttle at which point both controllers shut down and wont respond unless you kill ignition and repower. If you run the motors with the tracks off the ground it runs as normal
Fresh batteries with a short term draw rating of 330amps
I cant understand why they both shut down and need a reset ? Either one or the other would go ( im running each motor on seperate channel to try and resolve ) or at least they would come back again not lock up completely ?
any ideas - its frustrating, this is the last part to finish to get my bot running...

DMR202 - ive just heard back from 4QD and they say an overload on the 9V line that supplies the interface would cause the controllers to shut down like that.

think im getting close - I hard wired a pot to control speed, and am not experiencing the shutdowns :)
