Anyone in or near Las Vegas?

Is there any helpful roboteering soul who lives in or near Las Vegas? If so, would you be willing to lend Team 13 Black a US legal transmitter and receiver for a few days around the end of September?
We have a demonstration event in Vegas 27 - 30 September, but only have 40MHz kit which I understand is not acceptable in the US. 4 channels is fine with normal Futaba style 50Hz 1-2ms PWM output.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
