You should be able to get one cheaper from an industrial machinery supplier - mine cost the equivalent of 170 pounds. The trolleys are really heavy, definitely a 2 person lift.
We have one of these.

We changed the wheels for bigger ones tough. Easier to push in normal street and parking lot situations.
