hey all. im new to this so bear with me if its been answered before.

what do i need to look for ?
ive seen plenty of controllers but have no idea if they would be suitable... help:eek:

Most modern ones are, I suggest just reading the site or manufacturer website. Or if buying from a shop just ask.

Thanks. Ive seen hdsma etc after the 2.4 ghz and similar info but still unsure.
-
The next most important thing is that the set you buy will fail safe to a pre-programmed position not its last known position.
-
Would those people who have transmitters be kind enough to post up if it fail safes on all channels pls?

Pretty sure the most commonly used one here is the Spektrum DX6i (and as such, is the one I bought). It's got all the features you'll need.

Flysky FS-i6 or Turnigy TGY-i6 (same thing) does as well. And it recovers from failsafe much quicker than Spektrum does.
