Failing that anyone have ideas on a lightweight 12mm id bearing support?
Can't you try with a 3D printed version?
I could 3d print them but dimensionally the fit to the od of the bearing wont be as tight as a metal bearing support and I'm concerned that the thickness of material I will need to use I might as well just see what I can do with HDPE (I have access to a 3d printer, thats not the concern)
I have 3 of the GR02s and only need 1 more for what I am trying to do at present
