Fairly urgent minor lathe work required

Morning all,

In preparation for Whitwick, I'm after some minor lathe work to create four 15mm x 10mm OD steel spacers with a 4mm hole through each. After a bit of a lid failure at Alexandra Palace, i need these so that i can weld them onto a frame to secure the panel. The work itself would be literally cutting the pieces to around 15mm, face off one end then drill a 4mm hole as i have the material ready to post. I can then do the rest.
