You mean like water cutting to shape or a place that sells stock?
Water cutting, same as how they did 720 and drumroll etc
Neither of those were watercut IIRC
720 was done on a milling machine and so was drumroll on jamies workshop mini mill type thing

You probably mean http://www.aluminiumwarehouse.co.uk/ where you can buy aluminium sheet and plate very cheaply. You buy stock and then you work it yourself.
http://www.clickmetal.co.uk will cut stock bar to length, and plate to size
