Fast Brushless setup on the cheap?

I will start by saying, I haven't a clue about brushless motors or LiPo batteries, so I apologise if I've missed anything out here!

So, I'm looking for a brushless motor, ESC and battery pretty much identical to those that'd be used in a spinner weapon, but I'm trying to get something as cheap as possible - now, I know that motors alone can reach well above £100 but I simply don't have the money for something like that! Likewise for the ESCs and Batteries, though I have had a look at some of those BotBitz turnigy (?) ones that seem rather nicely priced, but I don't know how compatible they are.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

What do you want to spin? And at what rpm?

Prodigy Evo uses a Turnegy outrunner, a Turnegy TZ85 speedo and a 5S 5000mAh Lipo pack.
Usability. The batterypacks are combat tested and seem to do the job well.
The TZ85's, the reprogammed versions are in use in several machines with good succes. Tormenta 2 is one example.

The brushless outrunner. Not combat tested yet.
On the other hand, with only the body running on 3 bearings, I don't see a lot of issues with the motor. The transmission with the tripple Obelt could be a problem.

Total pricetag, below €140.

Well, I'm looking at a disc of about 1-2 kilos-ish, and as high an RPM as possible really. I know that's awfully vague, but I haven't yet got an actual disc design nailed down for fear of not being able to spin the thing. Sort of low weight, high speed type thing...

Ah, fantastic! Thanks! Which outrunner is it that you use? That sounds a fantastic price for it all too!
Also, sorry if this sounds a really, really basic thing, but how would I go about reprogramming a speed controller like that, or do they just come already reprogrammed from some stores?
