Aluminium Box Section

Hi Chaps
Is 1 inch ally box section enough for a feather framework?

In Hannibalito 4 30*30*3 box section wasn't good enough. After the first event the front was bend like a banana. Luckely there was weight left for 5mm bulkheads.
