Problems with speedcontroller set up
I'm having issues with setting up my speedcontroller set up. when its all wired together the motors won't move
Sabretooth RC
x2 GRO2s
Spectrum RX
Spectrum DX5 TX
I have new batteries in everything, the RX light is on, but no joy when moving the sticks, am I being a numpty.

have you checked if the tx and rx are paired properly

Have you set the dip switches correctly? Is the battery plugged in the right way round?

I don't know, but is the RX/TX brand new?
If so, binding could be the issue.

Plug an old servo into rx with batt of course and see what happens?

Excellent suggestion when testing. Keep a simple servo around specifically to rule out radio problems.

I will take a photo of the set up. and get my meter out
I have no servos
I have paired the TX RX again

here is a picture, it still does not work, thoughts?

from here it looks like the leads going into the rx are plugged in upside down. the orange signal wire usually goes towards the middle of the rx
