How did you pay for them? Credit card or paypal you should be able to claim the cash back.

I think paypal is to late ? only 3 months .

Your best of posting this on an rc heli forum or something, Julian seems to act to bad press... I had a pack develop a bad connection internally, took a video and sent him a link to the YouTube page after months of getting no where i had an instant e-mail back saying take it down and I'll send you a new one after he viewed it...

I think rc heli freaks or something is a forum he's active on... Best of asking grant.

i've just rang my bank and i've set up a dispute and if after 15 days if i get no joy, lets face it im not going to the banks going to raise the dispute with flight power.

i've posted a thread on a heli forum he aparantally uses showing an example of a typical email convo we've had where nothings came of it,
