Problems with flight power

I bought a 6s 4300 lipo from flight power which i originally bought for the uk champs. But its almost comming up to 2 months ago now and its still not came to me.

i've sent countless emails to which at first they replied to saying they would look into it, but now its as if they've lost all communication skills and have shoved me aside.

the online tracker says its lost where my package is and i litterally don't know what to do lol

i no flight powers products come from china or somewhere so it was never gonna be same week delivery but 2 months is a bit much!

Did this ever turn up?

I messaged Flightpower soon after this post and got an instant reply but I know a few people have been complaining about their customer service and reliability to deliver.

they are idiots, the amount of people who have said they will chase it up and then didn't reply, then don't reply when i ask what the latest is is nuts!

i've been meaning to try finding a number to call about it but i keep forgetting lol

It's quite possible they got lost in the post, I've had troubles with international postage before.
If they're a small company absorbing the cost of lost packages will be hard, so maybe they're stalling.

None the less if you've paid you want your product!

have you ordered anything from flightpower pj? if so did it turn up?

i ordered an ant off thehenry16 over 2 months ago and it hasn't come.
they could both be lost.in the same box

@Jonny, yes I have. Came quickly very helpful, good price, good battery. Which is why recent trends of them being unhelpful seems odd....
