Actuator control

Hi, I need to know how to control a 12v actuator for k9's head, anyone tell me wot I need for up and Down movement, it has brown and blue wires

ive just used an cheep rc speed controller...... u could use a servo and 2 micro switches or a double relay rc switch from technobots
