no offence to you but i doubt you could make a very safe, effecitve spinner.
as for the question does it have to be controled, of corce it does :)
The spinner is not effective it's just a little brisstel bot motor and some bent metal on it it's not dangerous it's just for fun :rofl:
'just for fun'.........Luke used to make these just for fun using the meccano motors and bits of meccano spinning round, still hurt if they hit you and bits tended to fly (bits of lego mainly). These often comprised a lego rc drive system and a spinny thing on the front.Quote:

Me and my dad are going to attach a pulley to the drive motor and add a disk on the pulley then the disk/spinner will be bigger heavyer and controlled :proud: :D 8) :wink: :mrgreen: :rofl: :lol: :talker: :lol: :) :o 8) :rofl: :proud: :mrgreen: :D
