American Wire Guage works on the principle that smaller the number (generally), the thicker the wire. So 8AWG wire is thicker than 10AWG for example. You can go too thin. I've had a wiring loom...

Oh yes, hello! :D I think it is worth making a prototype of this with some old SLA batteries or something with a load and measure the voltage at each take off to see what happens. You could put in...

I run my heavier class robots with their batteries in series to up the voltage. These are matching pairs of voltages and capacities so I end up adding in just the one fuse, treating them as a single...

I get my 80A fuses from Halfords usually. They are wired inline from the battery. Here is one I made for a MW but the same rules apply for a FW. The fuse is in the maxi fuse holder at the top right...

I thought you meant on the receiver? The RC bits I have already have a JST-SH plug on them normally, it'd just push on and then some electrical tape over the wire, plug and RX to hold it in place.

I use the pins that come on the receiver and put electrical tape around that and the board to keep it in. Have come a cropper with RC wires coming out before.

Lafiel So the shell I posted a picture of in my last post didn't work. I could, amazingly, get it in size and weight but it was quite ugly and it wasn't very good overall so I ripped that apart and...
