The wrong sort of weather

It's damn cold in the garage. However a thick hoodie and a small radiator plus some enthusiasm means stuff still gets done, despite being able to see my breath outside.
After some soldering and bodging I managed to get motors hooked up, and have a kill/safety jumper built in the circuit. Also sneakily heat shrunk the soldered joints in the oven when my wife was out . Worked fine and done before the oven reached 125'C
Issues:
Speeds not matched (read up on programming TX)
Need a base/chassis (think wood while I have no design)
No effective axles (to be found)
