Sounds like a cheap and cheerful welder. Mine is a second hand one from Gary, which cost him £50 from Makro about 12 years ago. Surprisingly still going

868-915 MHz radio control allowed?

It isn't currently permitted under the currently published FRA rules. 459MHz is in all weight classes but not 868-915MHz. I don't know if the FRA are

I've seen that the rc-world has started to switch over from the 2.4ghz frequency band towards 868-915 MHz protocols (e.g. Crossfire).
