      Information
Infernal Contraption was built in 2002 originally by 3 students from Imperial College London. It entered 2 UK Series of Robot Wars - Series 6 and 7 where it unfortunately lost the first round of both. It did enter the University Challenge in Extreme 2 where it represented Imperial College London losing out to Infinity in the second round. Infernal Contraptions design was inspired by Robot Wars legend Stinger, who team member Jonathan Pillai was a member of in Series 3. Infernal Contraptions disc was capable of damaging whoever got in its way, it is retired at the moment and is currently on display still at the Imperial College London.
