Information
Chip is a welsh competitor that was built in Prestatyn, Denbighshire by Rob Jones for Robot Wars in 2002. Earlier versions failed to qualify for the UK Championships for Series 5 and 6 but it did make the New Blood Championships where it lost the second round of its heat to Thor. It did qualify for Series 7 but lost the first round to Spawn Again. Chip fought a lot of events since then but usually only the events that can allow spinners like Robot Crusade. Chip's main weapon was a spinning disc which the team claimed was a lot more powerful than Hypno-Discs when it fought.
