    Make the wheel base wider otherwise you will find it won't be able to turn quickly

    The wheel base is quite wide the boxes at the bottem left and right are the servos and on the outside are the wheels.
    I'm also intrested in making a ant weight flipper usin thid pneumatic set:

    But what shuold I use for the armour, I could go and buy some aliminium from B&Q or use some of my 2mm lexan.If you recommened a material for the armour please tell mke.

    I would still widen and shorten the chassis. There is a relatively large distance from one end of the chassis to the other end compared to the width of the wheelbase. So you effectively have to have a higher torque acting from the servos to turn the robot than you would if the wheelbase were wider.

    You seem to have 2 batteries there, how come ?
