Dont recognise the charger from the picture, but really anything advertised as a LiPo charger should balance charge - otherwise its unfit for purpose.

There's plenty of LiPo chargers that don't balance, I have one sitting next to me. It's actually my preferred charger for all insect robots.

Why are they not accepting any other team building spinners? Maybe they decided that there wasn't enough time to build a spinner from scratch for this series.
