Winter tour.

how come we cant add messages to the winter tour live event pages? I wanted to ask how it went but I could not post anything.

I believe the threads are locked now to keep everything on topic. There is of course nothing to stop you discussing the event here! (or perhaps in a new thread).

Yes, it was done on the request of the event organiser a few weeks ago.

Ususally we get these nice long discussion about who drove in the pit and stuff . I missed that now.

So how did the event go everyone?

Event went great thanks Leo... the first show saw a big buzz for some reason.. the crowd were well up for it, singing along and cheering and the big oooos and arrrs. Some great fights and grudge matches from the UK Champs. Hopfuly just the start of the Winter Tour...

Noticed that sign-ups for rest of the tour dates are now available on RRs website.
Im in for them - itll be nice to get some driving in again as Small Torque has not been driven competatively since mid July.

For some reason I never get to compete in the winter tour. 3 years in a row I had to miss this, even when it is relatively the closest event for us in the books (maidstone is a very short drive from the ferry, as was Folkestone in the years before).

Maybe next year. I hope so.

Leo,Just thought you would like to know that Hannibalito 2 made an appearance under the name of Wedgie....it managed to flip a few out of the arena...that was until the wheels dropped off !!

Absolutley,fantastic!!I have a video so if i can work out how to get it on u tube i will put it on.Never done it before,but i will have a go.
