I've been optimising the weapon compound pulley system for the last couple of weeks. Trying to ensure that no force is lost in the deformation of the dyneema cord, which transfers the force from the winch motor. I was getting a damage due to the acuteness of the change in direction of the cord in the mechanism.

So now I'm testing until I see the limit of what it can do.

I have a few tooth materials to try out, including vanadium steel, tungsten carbide and d2 tool steel.

Here is a blunt end point tooth vs 5mm stainless steel...
