Thread: Charging issues

  1. #1
I have two 1800 mAH 75c 14.8v (4s) batteries that I just tried to charge up. One was fine but the other came up with a "low voltage" error. My charger won't let me get past that error.

I am using a bog standard b6 charger similar to this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B01...6+lipo+charger, charging at 1.8 amps.

I knew it was low on volts - that is why I wanted to fill it up! Has anyone come across this with that type of charger? Is my battery dead or is there a trick to juice it up? There are no visible signs the battery has given up - lumps or the like, and it isn't that old.

    Cheers,
    Steve

    edit:

Right. Not sure why only one sunk so low and not the other, but it looks like a properly discharged dead battery. I was hoping it was just a silly error on my charger. I have a replacement battery on order, but as a spare I am gonna give this a try: http://www.electricrcaircraftguy.com...ged-LiPos.html
