Yeah I have a hoped it wasn't it is weight distribution issue but I feared it would be hopefully the 2.8 kg front armour will help fix it as i have swapped the ESC around no change and swapped the positive and negative ends and no change but on a side note would magnets at the front help with this ?

Yeah magnets would help if the armour weight isn't enough

No update on the robot, should have a proper one on moday after cutting plastic and building, but as I was cleaning out a spare room I found thisIMG_20170826_144433.jpg
I believe I got in 2002 between series 5 and 6.I think it was a qualifier I know DTK and Rhubarb where there. Anyway though I would share that with everyone.

Over this long weekend I have learnt a major fact.

Me and my brother in law can't cut straight for toffee.
Soo here are two photos of our shoddiness.

A photo of the outter frame with one piece of the axe main a frame. With the Alu base plate sat in the there with the weapon motor, 1 drive motor (just to test a spaceing) and a battery.

And most the plastic parts on the scale, it is on target which is a good thing to see.

On a side note, does anyone know a cheap place for CnC machining in lincolnshire? I might have two possibilities through work but it is always nice to know alternatives.

It has been 5 1/2 weeks since my last update and progress has been, slow. This has been mainly due to lacking the urge to build it, but now my cousins have set me a deadline so to speak. So I have cut out the main frame, started cutting out alu joining bars and drill and tapping them.

Thinking to shock mount front plow using these.

And thinking using this LED, It states it a 24v. Not sure how legit this so if someone give us a yay or nay much appreciative.

If you are looking for shockmounts then PolyMax has pretty much every size ever.

All looks great to me. If it were my bot, the only thing I'd be worried about would be horizontals riding up those side skirts and clipping the wheels, but there aren't a whole lot about in FW at the moment I don't think, so you're probably just fine.
