In Kan Opener we used 3D printed tripple EC5 connector.
But if we would do something simular now, it would be EC8 in a 3D printed housing.

Those EC8 are rated at about 350A, so should be fine. We are going to be using two of them for Triforce.

Does your 3d printed housing have a way to stop the connector flying out on heavy impacts?

Yes, a hook was printed on the link and a notch in the reciving end to avoid self removing links.

I'm sure I'll be printing a mount for them in the near future

The replacement for the big Andersons.

I love the click and the positive hold they have but they are huge when compared to the EC8s or similar.

Quad EC5 with a cover held over the top by 2 wing nuts, also using a 3D printed case.
