Thread: Reverse Thread/Left Hand M5 Bolt for Drill

  1. #1
Does anyone have, or know of a supply of these bolts? Only supplies I can find are so expensive it would work out better for me to buy whole drills!
The ones I have got pretty gnarled up at the champs from me cranking them too hard.

    Cheers!

    Is Gimson/Ewan still selling stock?

I need at least 4 new ones.

They're available for purchase so I should think he is in the case of the bolts.

pretty sure grant had some that used an allan key rather than philips head so you can't knacker them as easily

Some of the older 9.6 and 12v dewalt drills have the same left hand screw with a torx head on them. Maybe you can find them on a spares website.

The ones I knackered were Torx!

There's a few on ebay, but majority seem to be M6. I'll drop Ewan a line. Thanks guys.

Contacted Ewan/Gimson Robotics and he said he's got loads of stock (in case anyone else needs some) so ordered some from him.
