CO2 Tank and Regulator

Hi I'm just about to buy the initial components for my pneumatics system but wanted to check first.

I'm looking at buying this co2 cylinder, which includes an on/off valve:

It is a brand new product, branded and made by new legion - who also make paintball guns; but I don't see any test markings on the picture.

Would I have to get this tested, or would the fact that it's brand new allow for it to be used?

If it's sold commercialy in the EU, it's Pi norm certified.
So, the only thing it needs is a recertifiction after modification, or 5 years after the last certification.

The markings should be stamped in the neck of the bottle.
