Featherweight Chassis/ Shell, HDPE And Hardox.
Now sold.
After long time of thinking the decision has been made to part ways with Coolspeedbot’s old chassis in order to make way for the new version.
This Chassis is made of 10mm HDPE armour, 20mm HDPE bulkheads and back and has a 4mm Hardox wedge. This was only used at one weekend event and has scratches to the paint and some nicks to the side panels. The bulkheads have slots to fit cordless drill motor gearboxes and includes holders for the back of the motors. The wedge is mounted to the bulkheads with 4x M8 shoulder bolts. The HDPE bodywork is held together with threaded inserts (suggest you replace with Barrel nuts.) The chassis weighs roughly 7-8kg so plenty of weight left to modify. Pictures below.

Spare 10mm panels.
8x M8 shoulder bolts.
Spare threaded inserts.
M6 counter sunk bolts (20mm and 30mm.)
M6 bolts (80mm.)
Lock nuts (M6 and M8.)
DXF and STEP files to aid in making new parts (emailed to the buyer.)
Collection preferred (due to weight) otherwise you’d have to arrange a courier to come and collect it.
