HDPE isn't particularly heavy in of itself. The Honey Badger 2.2 uses 10mm HDPE which, all told, probably adds up to only 1kg, maybe less. If you want it green though, why not look at RG1000, which...

Most ESCs these days have a LiPo function that automatically cut power when the voltage level is too low. The Cytron definitely has the facility to detect undervoltage (< 3.0v per cell)...

So a little change, I've gone back to the CIM motors I was originally planning to use for this and there'll be a little bit of adjustment in the sizes. I'll be releasing a drawing of what it...

Technically, that could also happen with a hardwired solution (the wires to the LEDs being cut by a spinner for example) and I think that is the crux here, is the only acceptable power light solution...

Here we go. A slight revision, it is a 3 stage gearbox, not a 2 stage. The key bit to watch is the gear on the topmost shaft, watch that wobble about.

Sounds as if there is a reverse needed on one of the channels on the transmitter possibly, I need to do that on The Honey Badger and I think it might have been for this reason.

Because of where it is in the robot, you can't see it binding up, definitely got a video of the gearbox after the case has been dissembled, I'll post it shortly. Repositioning the shaft and bearings...

I don't use that particular variant so I can't comment but so long as the receiver failsafes to a safe/off position, it then comes down to what you want out of a transmitter. The battery and ESC...
